This week, our 9th-grade students took on the role of literary detectives in an Edgar Allan Poe Crime Scene Investigation Project! 🕵️♂️🕵️♀️
Through collaboration and critical thinking, students:
📖 Analyzed Poe's chilling texts to uncover key details about the crime.
📝 Completed in-depth character analysis to explore victimology.
🎭 Developed a suspect profile based on evidence from the story.
⏳ Created detailed timelines to piece together the events and solve the mystery!

Pana will be selling tickets in advance via GoFan. Spectators will be allowed in starting at 12:00pm. Tickets can be purchased using the link below. Cash at the gate will cost $1 more than the digital ticket.

A couple reminders about GoFan:
1. Must use your phone at the gate to redeem the ticket purchased online
2. Tickets can be forwarded but screenshots will not work for admission
3. Multiple tickets can be redeemed at the same time for groups entering together
Vandalia student section will be behind the fence in the wooden bleachers South of the main visitor's bleachers.
Vandalia fans will be able to tailgate in the grass area behind the visitor's bleachers. They can park in the elementary school parking lot and the tailgating area is just a few feet away.
⭐️ October Rising Stars ⭐️
These students either improved their grade in Algebra or kept an A average for the month of October. Each student received an award, 10 vandal loot, a star with their name on it that is hung on the rising star wall, and their name into a drawing to eat lunch with Mrs. Kamplain!
